Robert Lewandowski scored a hat trick as Barcelona thrashed Viktoria Plzen 5-1 in the UEFA Champions League, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

An excellent play coming from Barcelona who did so much on the pitch and scored a lot of goals in the first half of the game.

Viktoria Plzen weren’t too bad in the opening minutes of the first half which saw them holding things down.



Franck Kessie scored the opening goal in the 13th minute of the encounter which saw Jules Kounde providing the assist to give them a 1-0 lead.

More continued to come from the home side who double their advantage in the 34th minute with a goal from Robert Lewandowski to was able to make it 2-0.

The away side responded by pulling one goal back in the 44th minute of the game, making the scoreline 2-1, which Jan Sykora scored as it continued for both teams.

Robert Lewandowski scored his brace for the night in the 45th minute plus additional time, making it 3-1 for the home side as they continued to dominate.

The first half ended with Barcelona taking all the advantage into the break with a 3-1 lead against their opponent Viktoria Plzen after 45 minutes between them.
